Elite Internal Medicine is a concierge style medical practice. The practice is designed for patients looking for an elevated level of customer service, faster scheduling/responses and visits without feeling rushed. This is why we also charge a membership fee (see membership pricing page), which is an all inclusive price for patients. Regardless of insurance plan we will send claims to your insurance company as this helps us keep fees as low as possible and you get credit towards your yearly deductible spending.
Maintaining your health insurance is highly recommended to ensure financial support should hospitalization, imaging, laboratory testing, referral to specialists, etc be necessary.
Absolutely! In most cases you will need to see us in person at least once per year. Otherwise, we can be here to support you by video or telephone visits even when you are not immediately in the area.
With more efficient access to care at our office, many patients won’t need to go to urgent care/ER out of frustration by delays seeing their primary care physician. This can save you time, money, and even unnecessary care when you see a provider who doesn’t know your entire health history. If you value accuracy, accessibility and practical care…give us a try.
You can sign on to be billed monthly or yearly, and cancel at any time. Should you decide to cancel your membership any pre-paid membership fees will be prorated and returned to you. Re-enrollment will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of your physician, and is subject to a $750 re-enrollment fee.
No, unfortunately that is not allowed at the current time. HSA/FSA money is to be used for medical services performed or received and we will not be charging extra for office, virtual or telephone visits. In some instances we may provide a medication, infusion, or extra testing done in our office, and charges for these services would be eligible for HSA/FSA payment. This page will be updated if we learn new information.
